Frequently asked questions

Care, shipping, returns, and the small details that make ordering easier.

How do I care for my wood products?+

Hand wash wood spatulas, trays, cutting boards, and bowls with mild soap and warm water. Do not soak them or place them in the dishwasher. Dry immediately and oil periodically with food-safe mineral or wood oil.

Are ceramic and stoneware pieces dishwasher or microwave safe?+

Care requirements vary by product. Please follow the instructions on the individual product page. When in doubt, hand washing helps protect the glaze and finish over time.

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is a $10 flat rate for orders under $50 and free for orders of $50 or more. Available delivery estimates are shown during Shopify checkout.
