1. Products
Our items are handmade or handcrafted from natural materials including wood, stoneware, and ceramic. Slight variations in grain, color, glaze, size, and texture are normal and are not defects. Photos are representative, and the item you receive may vary slightly.
2. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is due in full at checkout through the payment methods enabled by Shopify.
3. Shipping
Herth Home Products currently ships within the United States. A $10 flat shipping rate applies to orders under $50; orders of $50 or more ship free. Available delivery details are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
4. Returns
Eligible returns follow our Returns policy and are subject to a $12 processing fee. We provide a prepaid return label at no additional charge. The processing fee is waived for items damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly by us. We do not offer exchanges.
5. Order cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified only before they ship. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
6. Intellectual property
Site content—including product photos, descriptions, logos, and design—is owned by Herth Home Products and may not be copied or used without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Herth Home Products is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws applicable to APM Distribution LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
